Is it just me, or is the ipod getting dumped on here...

Experts say the ipod couldn't be the culprit...

The kid was either sitting on or holding onto a big piece of metal when he was struck...

but everyone is blaming the ipod?!

Are we sure it wasn't the tin foil hat his mom made him ware to keep George Bush from reading his mind, the foil around the wallet to protect his financial information, and the foil around his passport to keep fiends from scanning his passport at distances of up to 12"!!!
