Lockheed Martin sold off that division, IMS,  back in 2001 to ACS.  
Coincidentally, it was spun off around the same time a judge in San  
Diego had thrown out 290 speeding tickets because it of the fees LM  
IMS was making off the cameras. Personally, I only find them good  
when they nab the assholes who intentionally blaze through red lights  
because of his/her arrogance.
