Absurd and entirely unenforceable. If you send something to me, it's
mine. If it includes naked pictures of you with your neighbor's
daughter, expect to see them on the Internet soon. If it includes
insider trading information, that'll be me you see in the Ferrari, just
before I move out of the neighborhood for someplace warm and seaside.
