Yes, and yes. :) Actually the space isn't a big issue, i have it mounted
in the top of my rack, and only run one power supply most of the time
because the fan in the second one is noisy as hell. The rack is in a
closet that has the door mostly closed all of the time, open enough for
air to flow and not cook the closet, but closed enough to keep a lot of
the noise from coming into the room.
