>From another list, I thought it might be of interest/amusement to you:

> Subject: [janglo] Services - ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence)
> Qualification

> Would you like to become proficient in using a computer? ICDL is based
> upon a standard worldwide Syllabus, which is developed and maintained by
> the ECDL Foundation. The seven Modules are Basic Concepts of IT, Using
> the Computer and Managing Files, Word Processing, Spreadsheets,
> Databases, Presentations, Information and Communication (Internet and
> Email)

It might be a good way to get rid of those anoying people who call you
up and think that because you work with computers you're willing and
able to fix their Windows problems over the phone at 3am.

"If you don't have a computer driving license, it's illegal for me to help
you" :-)
