That was yesterday.  The call with Ariba went downhill after the fellow 
Googled my problem and recomended that I follow the advice that a fellow 
from HP documented for _his_ problem with the MS JVM.

a) I already Googled and tried the steps that HP documented.
b) I'm calling you because that didn't work and
c) You'd think for 80K in annual maintennance they'd have a better 
resource than Google.
