Have all the address go into one mainbox. Mentally pick a new address
each time. Perhaps when registering with the NYTimes web site, you
would give them the address of spamnyt at youserver.com. Microsoft?
spamms at yourserver, and so on.
Have spamassasin save all spam to a folder instead of /dev/null, and now
you have a record of who gave what email address to the spammers.
That said, it's probably best to make all your addresses conform to a
regexable pattern, since you don't want to save emails of the sort that
are sent to random addresses.
