[geeks] fence problem "solved"

After we talked to our insurance adjuster, Amy went over to speak to the
manager of the apartment complex.

*their* maintenance guys are going to fix the fence.  (it's THEIR fence, but
on OUR property, its a strange situation).  The've also got speed bumps 
"on the agenda" because of other complaints (and someone else had their fence
taken out a few houses down in the same way).

We're going to write a letter to the management company's corp. HQ (here in
town) to "encourage" them to get the speed bumps in as soon as possible.

The fence will be fixed today, though, at no cost to us (other than the
$50 I spent on orange safety webbing and a sign, on Saturday night).
