The bike has a wet weight of about 420lb. With a two-wheel moto
trailer you'll pull less than 1000lb. whatever the accessories on the
bike. The subaru should be able to do that.
There are a number of companies that ship motorcycles. I recall
reading about one in Motorcyclist. My brother-in-law was a BMW
motorcycle mechanic in Santa Cruz, I left a message with him to see if
he knows of a reliable shipper.

If the traditional moving companies are charging too much- and you can
absorb the time, hassle and risk- you may want to contact a
full-service freight company like Central Transport International or
American. Depending on how they define "full-service", you probably
will have to pallet or container the load yourself and may need to get
it to their depot.
