It's universal.  On a major road, a truck hit a traffic light (ya know, one of those that have a vertical pole and the light hangs on the extension over the road) which severly bent the pole.  Since it could fall at any time, they tied it to the wooden power pole with rope.  It has been like that for the past TWO YEARS!  The light works fine...

Go figure...
