Great, now zombie Windows machines will be able spew out crap
all over the internet at a much higher rate....

We've had fiber to the home for a couple of years now in South
Florida, through Bellsouth.  Not all homes are connected via this
method but a large amount are.

We are not offered any 30mb options though.  I get 3mb/384k with
a static IP for $55/month.
