Well, having just read "Apple Confidential 2.0" I feel a bit "historic" at the moment.

As for parts availability, as you suggest, I am sure there will be definite source for the parts, most likely as a kit - but I doubt O'Reily will be involved (it's not really an O'Reilly book, IIRC).

If it could be assembled for under $150 (plus PS, keyboard, and case - just like the original ;^) I'd probably get it...
