Been using it non-stop for about a year.  It will continue to always
catch NEARLY everything. I get about 200 spam emails a day, it catches
about 190 of them, marks 7 or 8 as "unsure" and always misses 2 or 3. 
After the first few days of training I've NEVER had a false positive.
