None of those things matter.  Corporations are large money making 
profit centers... they exist for several reasons... to do business, to 
make a profit, to manage that profit, and to stimulate the economy.  
For making more of a profit and stimulating the economy less they get 
penalized... it's as simple as that.

It's a large balance.

Corporations use the roads.  They use the postal service.  They use 
electricity.  There's plenty of stuff they use... it doesn't match what 
the civilian populace uses... but you know ... they use more things 
total than a single individual does and these things should be a 
mandatory part of the cost of doing business.

There should be no way for a corporation to creatively avoid these 
charges.
