BMWs and Honda almost always win Car and Driver comparison
tests, but I think it's more due to the personal opinions
of the editorial staff than advertising money. You can just
tell by reading any issue, from now or ten years ago - they
like the way BMWs and Hondas are built and drive, and as long
as neither car company hires someone like Carly Fiorina things
will stay the same. If you're going to rag on any car mag,
let it be Motor Trend. MT is one of the most amateurish,
unprofessional, mistake-riddled mags I've ever read. It's
the ZDNet of the car mag world - there's very little substance,
and what is there is inaccurate and sloppy.  - MF
