I've had only one minor problem with 10.2.8 on a system that shipped
with 10.1.3 installed.  10.2.8 merges the keyboard and mouse preference
items into a "keyboard and mouse" preference option[0].  I had one user
account that failed to recognize that change, and clicking on the
"Mouse" icon in System Preferences would cause System Preferences to log
a crash.

I could only resolve the problem by deleting and re-creating the
account, as I couldn't find the correct .plist file to remove.

So, who's rushing to $store to pick up 10.3 on Friday night? :)


[0] Never mind that I think it is TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE for a patch
    release to change the UI so significantly.
