I'd say your explanation is pretty good. I first learned about
heel-and-toeing from a book about race driving, but it (and
other descriptions I've read) were really vague about what
is not that complex of a concept (to visualize, not to do :)
After all the talk about it yesterday, I decided to give it
another try in my Prelude; when I'm sitting parked, if I really
stretch, my heel can _just_ make it to the throttle, but there's
no way I could do that quickly or precisely enough "in anger" :[
My gas pedal is pretty far to the right of the brake, as well as
being quite a bit farther back, but someone with bigger feet than
my size 10s might be able to make it work.
