Apparently SCO does *not* own the IP associated with System V UNIX, no
copyrights, no patents, nothing. Novell owns it all, and apparently intends
to keep it. Novell also appears to say (reading between the lines) that
they intend to take no action against the open source community, even if it
can be shown that there is some code-theft in there somewhere. Apparently
Novell couldn't care less that there might be.
