I've already sent off a fraud report to ebay.

The thing is, it would SOUND legitimate to a good percentage of the
population. That's why I included a detailed explanation of why its
impossible with my fraud report. 

As I said, there are products like this used for a specific purpose, but
they all include external power sources.
