Are the high flyers cheating?
In the stats for each high flyer team there are lots of people with high # 
of structures yet their best RMS is 99.999001. That RMA number is what is 
shown before you return any useful data. Have cheaters found a way to 
quickly turn around structure calcs without actually calculating anything?

But Geeks shows nobody with an RMA higher than 11.X. I always thought we 
were a trustworthy bunch!
