It could have been me too.  Except my 286 ran at 11.5 MHz, had 4MB of
RAM, and I stuck with it until I bought a PentiumII-300.  That was a
LOOOONG gap between new computers.

Oh, and I never ran anything higher than MS-DOS 5 on my 286, and I never
ran Windows on it.  Also, I made my switch to Linux before Win98 came
out.
