[geeks] octane personal video

The HEART chip.  SGI Origin 200 & SGI Octanes are nearly identical, with
the exception of one chip.  The origin 200 is pretty well supported,
however the one chip is sorta important <grin>.  Video isn't supported
either, however that's less important to me at this point.
