[geeks] Cardbus -> PCI

There are a couple of specialty equipment manufactureres who make them
for testing purposes, like talking to large backplanes etc... But I
don't know if it could actually emulate a PCI card or not. PIXIT used to
make one but they are no longer in production. Not enough sales.
