Indeed, very busy, be wary of any MS service packs, hotfixes
and security updates.  I once spent an ENTIRE weekend bringing
back a PDC/Exchange server because their roll up security
pack that was originally planned to be SP7 for NT4, killed it
off, nothing but endless reboots.  According to MS this
happened on some Proliants with a particular SmartArray cards
(as well as a handful of other systems).

They still charged us ~$250 for the support call and no
mention was ever made on their download site (before or
after) about the possibility of this happening.  I guess
that's a given anyway with all their updates.
