[geeks] Using laptops in Cafes

I use my iBook in my car often when I'm not working. Most of the time
it's because I want to work on some ideas - writing them down in
Appleworks. Sometimes just for mp3s or games. I'll probably pick up a
good inverter so I can run off the car battery eventually.

It's very rare that I'll take it into restaurants but that happens
sometimes too although I do see a lot of them in bookstore cafes for
some reason - maybe it's just a quiet enough "thinking" environment. I
don't know...

I never take it into work because I don't want my ideas anywhere near
the IP laws of the corporation I work for. ;-)
