Never mind that "financial instruments" by themselves are no more an
indication of a companies health than my left pinky is an indication of
what shoes I'm wearing.

Any given instrument is only a small subset of the overall picture of a
company's health - other factors *must* be taken into consideration in
order to get a full view.  If you really want a good explanation, hold
off untill mid-week and I can get a couple different high-profile
economists to give a short synopsis of what's involved.

No scratch that, probably not worth my time or theirs.
