It's too late for the one trick we've used here to handle wet equipment.

In our hardware lab we have an environmental testing chamber, so after
drying the equipment off as best we could, and BEFORE applying power,
we'd put it in the chamber at a warm, but not dangerous, temperature and
low humidity.  We've had some things get seriously wet but still survive
by doing this to get the moisture out.  Of course this does assume
"clean" water, and that you get to it before any mold, etc. does.

Odds are since you've given it juice something has fried, but maybe
there's still some liquid causing some grief?
