I got mine on the grey market. Full trademarks, metal slide/barrel, and
no orange on the muzzle. I also had a copy of one of SVI's 1911-based
Infinity that was very similar. Made by Western Arms - I sold it for
food/mortgage money once when I was laid off. These types are getting
harder and harder to find too. The only people that can legally import
them are people in the movie/TV biz, apparently.

Awsome! Combat tupperware. :)

I'm kinda wishing I had gotten a Springfield Operator (with
accessory rail) instead of a Mil-Spec. The reason? We had a scare a
few weeks ago with some guy snooping around the condos at midnight. I
had a Streamlight in one hand and my 1911 in the other. I would given
$huge_num to have the light always pointed at POI. I think, on the
Glocks, you can use a typical Picatinny-style ring and a tactical light
with a 1" tube instead of paying Glock or Streamlight a king's ransom
for the "official" attachment.

Always a good idea. I have to check back in on the news and see where
we are on the quest for CCW in Ohio.
