[geeks] OS X Firebird/Thunderbird

Anyone out there using Firebird and/or Thunderbird with OS X 10.2.8?

I just installed it on a G4/400 that they had here at the new $job, and
I've had three hard-lockups (e.g. had to power off the machine).  I'm 
wondering if anyone else has experience with it on OS X so I can get an 
idea of whether it might be a hardware problem.
