I've seen 'black' helicopters also but that was at Cp LeJeune and they
were repainted for 'night ops' - you had to be very close to read the
obscured aircraft numbers on the tail.

I've been buzzed by F14s at sea (loud) and Harriers ashore (louder)
does that count?
