[geeks] Internet hosting and group mailings

Hello,

I have a TimeWarner home cable connection and serve a small "Members only" 
web site for a sailing school (less then 400 members) and send out 
electronic Minutes.

I have some problems getting emails to the members, who have AOL accounts. 
(AOL is rejecting emails form "residental" mail servers.)

Now I am looking into some cheap, but reliable web-hosting and groupmail 
solutions allowing for SSL, Perl and Mysql.

Any pointers are welcome.
