Nope... there are no battleships left in active service...or maybe just 
one...

The four that were recently deactivated but are still in 
reserve/mothball are

USS Missouri, USS New Jersey, USS Wisconsin, and USS Iowa.

You can go see Lady Wiscy in Norfolk harbor... no such advanced 
computational equipment on them.  There are missile targeting computers 
and the vulcan targeting computers but there isn't a ship-wide Windows 
network that controls all systems.

The one in question... Yorktown was an Arleigh Burke missile cruiser.
