 You may not know this, but it's a laughing stock of the whole world.
 "World" is like in "World Series" and then some. So called phonetic
 transcription alone is worth a look by a psychoanalyst.  It was
 probably a creation of a Linux man author in his/her previous
 incarnation. Webster is the least usable and useful of them all.
 The only benefit: it's a cheapo.

 If you hate Oxford, Chambers would be a good choice.
