Well

I got me a harmon kardo speakerset for $39.95 at fry's and it sounds 
pretty kick ass.
Those cheap hk dell things are crap. They probavly cost $1 in production 
and $10 when they sell it it's massive lowlow end.
But the more pricy HK systems are nice..
