On the more expensive end, I like Lights Of America.  They are about 
the quickest to start, and have the whitest light.  Most of the bulbs I 
have now are much cheaper than that, they are Commercial Electric 
brand, you can get 'em at Home Depot, and they are such a warm range 
you would think they were incandescent if it weren't for the spiral 
shape of the "bulb".  Their 11 watt model is the only one I've been 
able to get into some tight fixtures.
