This year we bought Emeril Lagasse's pans from QVC.  Can't find a decent
pic right now.  Stainless steel with copper bottoms.  Far and away the
best pans I have ever used - ever.  Absolutely brilliant.  Even the
cast-iron skillet is getting less use...
