It's 23C outside. It's much hotter in here.

The Athlon's run hot. At least the >1500MHz ones do. Stuffing two of them
and a GeForce 4 Ti4600 in a 'tower' case and they heat up pretty quick.

Jeez!  That sounds like a bad hardware decision!  Regardless of price
point or performance, if it crashes at 23C, it can't be hardware
designed for long life of reliable service...
