Two scripts, one to set the interface to dhcp and grab an ip - the other 
to set a static.

--godhcp.cmd--

netsh interface ip set dns name="Local Area Connection" source=dhcp
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /registerdns

net stop "Remote Registry Service"
