I usually run 1024 byte NFS packets to begin with; I've been doing it
since '96 when I first started with 3C503s and such (they drop packets all
over the place).
The only issue I've *ever* even remotely come close to pinning on the
LanPLEX failing was a very high packets-per-second event. Mine is
"tricked-out" at 12MB, but it still has it's limits.
BTW: Does anyone have a PDF or manual for the syntax of the packet filters
the LP2500 has in it? I've got a switch, but no book...
