Try 15.77 for the Police Interceptor and 14.75 for the Crown Vic (standard
model) [per Popular Mechanics].

You sir are sadly mistaken. The Caprice I speak of is the '96 and before
-- rear wheel drive sporting a Corvette (LT1) 350. Positraction if you're
lucky. The new ones are universally referred to as "wimpalas".

An LT1 can be stroked to 383 with easy -- throw a blower on or nitrous and
you're getting close to 500 HP easy.
