[geeks] BGP on a Cisco Router

I am not sure about good white papers, but Internet Routing Architectures is
the bible when it comes to BGP. I would also highly recommend Routing
TCP/IP Volume II. I am not sure if a webpage could do diligence to the
subject. BGP is extremely complex, and you can really screw yourself if 
you don't implement things correctly.
