CD-Rom, ethernet card, video card (might only be a millenium though). Pretty 
stripped, but it was once a top notch PC, and if the price is right, it is 
likely to be nicer and cheaper than buying everything seperately.

Well, I found out, it specifically requires VRMs.  So, add another $30 to the
price of getting it going.
