I can't believe that I might know the answer. Further, I can't believe
I'm about to broadcast it to the world.

Anyway, it seems to me that renaming the user's profile from ntuser.dat
to ntuser.man, and setting the profile to...um...roaming (I think) in
user manager, will copy the profile up to the server and make the same
profile available on all workstations.

Now, to move those users to a new domain might be a little tricky. I
suppose that migrating the whole current domain to win2k is out of the
question? If so, you might have to manually copy profiles. It seems to
me, though, that MS includes an import tool somewhere - though I don't
know for certain, and I've never used such a thing.

I hope this at least gets you pointed in the right direction.
