I've got a few scattered around the labs right now (might have 46 more
soon!) - they are somewhat hot-running, and noisy. (The ones by the door
in my computer lab warm you as you walk in. Mmmm... warm...)

However, they are *fast*, and pretty solid.  I'd use 'em.  Veritas VM
works with 'em, and a 3-disk stripe then mirror across controllers is
exceptionally quick.  I've got a pair of 5200's (22x36G each) that are
running in that config, and they kick major tukas.
