Yes, they are different in TRW. If you already know the hiring manager
through any kind of relationship (vendor, neighbor, etc.) then TRW doesn't
apply too much, but usually HR will have to see a resume. Also, generally,
younger workers and students are considered "more affordable" and fall under
a different set of guidelines.

When shooting for the high-5/low-6 figure jobs, these are the things you
gotta do usually.
