[geeks] PGP errors when accessing the Keyserver's

I have been getting an error on almost every keyserver I try to
upload to. This is using Windows 2000 Pro(because I am still trying
to get used to Unix) and PGP Freeware 7.0.3. I try the pgp.mit.edu
and the.earth.li servers, as well as the ones that come set up by
default. does anyone know why this might be? I have checked every
setting I can think of and even shutdown my firewall temporarily to
see if that was it, all to no avail. Any help is very welcomed.
