Just what the world needs, though.  More lawsuits tying up the already
past-the-point-of-exploding court system.  More nearly unenforcable laws.
Bleah.  The current judicial system could handle maybe .1% of the spammers
out there. 1000 to 1 odds of being put out of business?  If I were a
spammer, I'd still keep rolling the dice and letting loose with my Viagra
spam.

A gestapo of Clued People(tm) with jackboots and nightsticks who hunt down
and pummel confirmed spammers within 24 hours of being confirmed?...now
that would put the fear of Geeks into them.
