[geeks] Billed Circuits

I've got some servers on a circuit that is billed-per-byte. I'm getting
hammered by *idiots* who think that one of my servers is responsible for
a subnet it was moved out of long ago. I want to contact the upstream and
ask that they block this unwanted traffic.

Q: Can they charge me for the time it takes to setup a firewall and insert
rules, or .????
