I have a pile of Granite cables at work and I must say, they are
worth it. I have had machines that just wouldn't work with normal
cables, but worked great with Granite.

So I see that good is expensibe.  Pournelle spent years preaching the
Granite
Digital gospel, so I thought I'd check them out.  They want $69 for
the cable
I need.  Yikes!
