oh no-no-no. geeks is ok to be <whatever> on. which means that we'd never
do such a thing--it's against policy.

i don think it's tension you're sensing as much as 'oh dear lord, now
what's he/she gonna say now' thing. and that's ok cause we all need the
reality stick occasionally!
